The correct color on your walls and in your
Floor covering can change the mood of your room making it feel calm or excitable. Take for instance a blue color can be relaxing and energizing at the same time.
Looking at the ocean at the deeply hued blues of the water is totally relaxing and makes you feel calm and soothed.
A bright blue ball on the beach coupled with reds and yellows can excite everyone to a fun time of exercise! Remember this when you’re deciding on your exercise regimen.
Think about the colors around you and what colors you chose for your environment. Your may experience more energy and a heightened sense of awareness and mood without even being aware of the effect of the different hues around you.
Did you know that yellow is the most fatiguing color as its brightness is derived from the light reflected in this bright color and results in excessive stimulation of the eyes. Don’t make your baby cry by painting his/her room yellow! You could experience a lot of sleepless nights!
And remember, don’t use yellow as a background on your computer as it will tire your eyes and make reading harder. Remember, a little goes a long way unless you are looking for that brightness and arousal!
