PREFINISHED WOOD FLOORS PREFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORS IMPORTED may stand to get further import duties from China according to the Hardwood Floors News this week. The U.S. Department of Commerce is currently deliberating whether to enact import duties on prefinished Engineered Floors coming from China. This will essentially increase the cost of these imports in the States to the customers of Prefinished Hardwood Floors. Many feel this extra duty will be carried over to other woods and laminates.There are still several rounds of determinations, rsearch and review befor DOC reaches a final decision.
